The 1146 jacket comes in vibrant active colours in a mechanical stretch that is paired with a material sporting a high-impact matt/gloss texture. Rounding off the look are carbon-effect inserts. The 100% Dryarn lining with seamless technology is truly groundbreaking in the sportswear world. The Dryarn lining works in conjunction with the outer membrane to give maximum breathability and insulation. Colmar chose Dryarn because it does not absorb moisture, it is highly permeable for water vapour and it helps to maintain a constant temperature. This blend of features means that the fibre is exceptionally breathable and capable of creating a microclimate for thermal comfort: perspiration evaporates quickly without soaking the fabric, thus ensuring that the skin is always dry. While many fibres prevent the body from perspiring properly or only partially allow it for a limited time, laboratory tests have shown that Dryarn performs extremely well during both normal and vigorous exercise. During heavy physical exertion, Dryarn is able not only to deal with perspiration in the liquid state but also to regulate how it is conveyed by adapting to changes in its intensity.
