- LA SARENNE, FRANCE
Located in France, within the Alpe d ‘Huez ski area, La Sarenne is the longest black piste in the world. 18 km in length, it starts from the glacier of the same name and can be reached from the Pic Blanc cable car.
- LA REGINA BIANCA, VALTOURNENCHE, VALLE D’AOSTA (ITALY)
This is known as the longest ski piste in Italy, thanks to its 20-kilometre length and its 2,000-metre altitude difference. The Regina Bianca also boasts several nicknames, all perfectly suited to this majestic piste: Pista Numero 1, Gran Pista or Gran Pista di Valtournenche.
- PARK CITY, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (USA)
This is the largest ski area in the United States. It boasts 41 ski lifts and 350 pistes for a total length of 250 km.
- WHISTLER BLACKCOMB, CANADA
The largest ski area in Canada, with 200 kilometres of slopes of different difficulty levels to satisfy the needs of both professionals and beginners.
- EL COLORADO/FARELLONES, CHILE
The El Colorado Ski Area/Farellones is located in Chile and is considered to be the largest ski area in South America. With 26 lifts, 74 pistes and running 50 km in length, it is an area suitable for all levels but especially for intermediate skiers.
