The legend of alpinism Reinhold Messner rewarded with the Dryarn® Climbing Ambassador

On Friday 27 July, during the Arco Rock Legends evening event, Dryarn will have the honour of presenting the climber and explorer Reinhold Messner with the Dryarn® Climbing Ambassador award, an honour assigned each year by SSD Arrampicata Sportiva Arco “to the person who, with his or her passion, energy and vision, has led and influenced the development of climbing”.
As well as Reinhold Messner, the best climbers from all around the world are expected in Arco for this 13th edition of Arco Rock Legends, the historic event that sets out to promote climbing by honouring and presenting to the public the leading players who, through their activities and achievements, have most influenced the growth of this sport.
An unmissable event for all lovers of the sport in which Dryarn, as ever at the side of athletes, will play an active part by presenting its award to a person who, with his strength, tenacity and epic exploits, has for more than 50 years been a guide and inspiration not only to all lovers of climbing but to all athletes generally.
The award ceremony for the great man will take place in Arco on 27 July 2017, at 9 pm, at the Salone delle Feste, Casinò Municipale.
