Skiers and winter sports enthusiasts know just how much difference a good first layer can make in terms of thermal protection and comfort. To meet the demands of the most demanding athletes, for years Mico has turned to Dryarn® when creating its high-tech garments.
Mico’s men’s and women’s long-sleeved t-shirts, crew-neck sweatshirts and leggings, made with high percentages of Dryarn®, are the ideal first layer to wear under ski suits or winter mountain clothing.
The garments are made with EXTRADRY technology: the inclusion of Dryarn® means that moisture produced during physical activity is wicked to the outside of the garment, leaving the skin dry and the body always at the right temperature. The ergo-anatomical and alternating mesh construction of the shirts, combined with the presence of Dryarn®, gives maximum freedom of movement and comfort when worn, alongside lightness and breathability for the skin; the compact structure of the garments also ensures excellent thermal protection. In fact Dryarn® is more breathable than polyester, more insulating than wool and lighter than any other fibre.
Its linear design and colourful patterns make Mico products perfect for use as a first-layer, but also ideal for showing off in the chalet at the end of a day’s skiing.
