75°06’S WITH DRYARN® FOR THE ANTARTICA INSPIRED UNDERWEAR

Our skin has an incredible ability to adapt to whatever climatic conditions in we find ourselves in, continuously regulating the temperature, ventilation and breathability of our body.

Taking its cue from this natural ability is the 123° 20’underwear line, created by  Settantacinquezerosei  – a D-Air Lab brand – and inspired by the freezing temperatures of Antarctica.

The 123° 20’ collection has been designed based on experience in the Antarctic and on underwear developed for researchers and scientists working on the Antarctic plateau at winter temperatures of -80°C . Designed for optimal performance in cold conditions, this underwear line by Settantainquezerosei is made using Dryarn®, the lightest microfibre in the world that also has unique thermo-regulating and transpiration properties.

Partly thanks to the use of Dryarn® in the weft of the fabric, the underwear – comprising T-shirt, leggings, socks and neck warmer – maintains a constant body temperature even in the event of significant temperature changes and ensures the effective management of body moisture, keeping the body always dry.

Its “ventilation chimneys” help to ensure maximum ventilation while also defining the product’s stylistic characteristics.

The material, thanks to the presence of Dryarn®, ensures extreme comfort and a pleasant sensation in contact with the skin; the weft and the yarn itself provide extreme elasticity, and the close fit gives ample freedom of movement as well as the option to easily wear it – if needed – under other layers.

Thanks to the bacteriostatic and dermatologically-tested properties of Dryarn®, this garment is ideal for wearing in direct contact with the skin.

The 123° 20’collection is part of the 75°06’S (Settantacinquezerosei) project and brand, born precisely with the aim of taking the technologies developed in Antarctica also beyond its territories.
